Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and Female aged 18 to 70 years; 2. In patients with septic shock who are transferred to ICU or ICU, the diagnostic criteria for septic shock are as follows: (1) Clinically clear local infection foci; (2) Insufficient organ perfusion manifestations: blood Increased lactic acid levels, oliguria, peripheral circulatory disturbances, acute changes in the state of consciousness; (3) The systolic blood pressure is lower than 90mmHg or the magnitude of the decrease from the original base value exceeds 40mmHg for at least 1h or depends on infusion or drug maintenance; ?There is systemic inflammatory response syndrome (Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, SIRS), meets the following 2 or more indicators: 1) Body temperature > 38 degree C or 90 beats/min; 3) Respiratory rate> 20 times/min Or arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide 12 x 10^9/L or 0.01; 3. Sign or authorize the client to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All non-septic shock patients: such as patients with systemic infection, heart disease, mediastinal infection, rheumatoid patients; 2. Heartbeat and respiratory arrest, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, patients with acute myocardial infarction; 3. Pregnant women Or patients during pregnancy; 4. Patients who meet the contraindications of PiCCO monitoring catheterization; 5. Patients who are unwilling to undergo PiCCO monitoring technology or cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination.
