16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, both male and female; 2. The patients with unilateral maxillary defect were selected to be repaired with upperprosthesis; 3. Mouth opening degree >= 30mm; 4. Oral hygiene was good, and the remaining maxillary teeth were loose <=I degree without residual roots, caries and extraction indications; 5. Informed consent and voluntary test. The process of obtaining informed consent should comply with GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with maxillary dentition loss; 2. In orthodontic treatment stage; 3. Those who are allergic to denture materials; 4. Oral mucosal disease, periodontal disease and caries were not controlled; 5. Severe systemic diseases.
