Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke (diagnosed according to the AHA/ASA criteria) within 72 hours of symptom onset; 2. NIHSS score 5 but raid remission or fluctuation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mRs >= 2; 2. Cardiogenic Minor Ischemic Stroke; 3. TIA; 4. Incomplete.
