18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male, aged between 18 and 45 years; 2. The subjects with cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, infection, rheumatism, liver and kidney insufficiency, and neoplastic disease were excluded by medical history, physical examination, laboratory test and ECG examination, and no history of surgery or major trauma within the last 1 month; 3. No drugs or dietary supplements affecting vascular endothelial function were used in recent 2 weeks, mainly including antihypertensive, lipid-lowering, hypoglycemic drugs and natural plant extract antioxidants; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent after fully understanding the purpose and procedure of the study, disease characteristics, drug action, relevant examination methods and potential risks/benefits of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study: 1. Allergic or intolerant to drugs; 2. Moderate and severe constipation (the frequency of defecation is less than 3 times a week, and in severe cases, it is only once for 2 ~ 4 weeks;Manifested as difficult defecation, defecation time can be as long as 30 minutes or more); 3. mentally ill people who cannot cooperate; 4. Hemolytic anemia and glucose-6 phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
