Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Entry criteria for the first group of cases: Premature infants with germinal matrix-intraventricular hemorrhage (GMH-IVH) grade II-III and secondary ventricular hemorrhage expansion (PHVD) requiring intervention; 2. Entry criteria for the second group of cases: (1) Premature infants with GMH-IVH grade II but without PHVD; (2) Match the age and gender of the first group; 3. Entry criteria for the third group of cases (control group): Infants matched with the first and second groups of months and sex as controls, no other neurological diseases; no obvious abnormal signals in the brain in the conventional MR scan sequence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mistakes by mistake; 2. Those who clearly do not meet the experimental protocol or violate the experimental protocol; 3. Subjects who cannot undergo cranial MRI examination; 4. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials or those participating in other clinical trials within 30 days.
