Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformed to the Western medical diagnostic criteria for diarrhea after cholecystectomy. 2. Meet the TCM syndrome differentiation standard of diarrhea, gallbladder heat and spleen cold syndrome after cholecystectomy. 3. Aged between 18 and 70 years, gender is not limited. 4. Chinese and Western drugs for PCD were not used within 1 month. 5. The subjects give informed consent and participate in this clinical study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Auxiliary examinations such as electronic enteroscopy have confirmed that organic diseases of the digestive system that may cause diarrhea, such as ulcerative colitis, chronic enteritis, Crohn's disease, dysentery, digestive system tumors, etc.; clearly diagnosed as functional digestive system diseases, such as functional dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. 2. During pregnancy and lactation. 3. Patients with legal disabilities (deaf, dumb, blind, intellectual disability, mental disability, physical disability) or combined with other life-threatening (such as: heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney) serious diseases. 4. Those who are allergic to the components of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine used in this topic. 5. Patients that have joined other clinical studies.
