Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective unilateral total hip arthroplasty; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Aged >= 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to nerve block; 2. Impaired cognitive status before surgery; 3. Chronic pain before surgery; 4. Long-term history of opioid use; 5. Those who refuse to participate in the trial.
