Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal surgery; 2. ASA I-II grade, aged 65 to 85 years, body mass index (BMI) 18 to 26kg/m^2; 3. No history of psychiatric diseases; 4. The MMSE score screening was performed 1 day before the operation, and the operation time was 2-4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obviously damaged cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and liver and kidney functions; 2. A history of anesthesia and surgery in the past year; 3. Have a history of drug abuse and alcohol abuse; 4. Long-term use of sedatives and antidepressants; 5. Severe hearing, vision and movement disorders; 6. Cannot cooperate with the scale score screening before operation and cannot complete the postoperative follow-up.
