Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for high bleeding risk group: Patients with coronary heart disease undergo PCI treatment and meet at least one of the following: (1) Aged >= 75 years; (2) Moderate to severe chronic kidney disease [eGFR 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for high bleeding risk group: (1) Patients with contraindications to MRI examination; (2) Past history of cerebral hemorrhage; (3) Liver insufficiency; (4) Bleeding tendency or coagulopathy; (5) History of other intracranial diseases; (6) Recent gastrointestinal bleeding; (7) Refusal to sign the informed consent. 2. Exclusion criteria for non-high bleeding risk group: (1) Patients with contraindications to MRI examination; (2) Combined with atrial fibrillation, moderate to severe chronic kidney disease, and complicated coronary artery disease; (3) Aged >= 75 years; (4) Past history of cerebral hemorrhage; (5) Liver insufficiency; (6) Bleeding tendency or coagulopathy; (7) History of other intracranial diseases; (8) Recent gastrointestinal bleeding; (9) Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
