Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single-born full-term primiparous women who are planning to undergo elective surgery under subarachnoid block; 2. ASAI-II level, aged 18-35 years old, 42 weeks > gestational age >= 36 weeks; 3. Sign the informed consent form, be able to accept the test method, and voluntarily be the subject of the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart disease, pregnancy-induced hypertension, and fetal congenital malformations; 2. Contraindications of subarachnoid block; 3. Diseases of the inferior vena cava and iliac vein.
