18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer, laryngeal cancer, and salivary gland malignant tumors who received adjuvant radiotherapy (chemotherapy) after IMRT confirmed by histopathology; 2. Have not received radiotherapy before joining the group; 3. There is no history of serious digestive system diseases, nutritional and metabolic diseases and endocrine diseases; 4. No serious heart, lung, liver or kidney disease; 5. There is no restriction on gender, aged 18-75 years; 6. No evidence of distant transfer (M0); 7. The Karnofsky score >= 70 points (see Appendix I); 8. Sufficient bone marrow function, hematology examination; 9. Blood biochemical examination; 10. No cognitive dysfunction and communication obstacles; 11. Volunteer to participate in this study and have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The estimated survival period is shorter than 1 year; 2. Severe dysphagia or inability to eat by mouth at all after the operation; 3. Suffered from other malignant tumors within 5 years; 4. The patient also suffers from other uncontrolled serious diseases, such as infectious diseases, rheumatic diseases, metabolic diseases, etc.; 5. Have chronic wasting disease; 6. At the same time accept chronic systemic immunotherapy or hormone therapy outside of this study; 7. Have mental illness; 8. Have a history of drug abuse or alcohol addiction; 9. Patients with abnormal functions of important organs such as heart, brain, lungs, etc.
