Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Moving to the plateau for more than 3 months; 3. In the past month, meet the ICSD-3 diagnostic criteria for insomnia; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A clear history of neurological, mental diseases, diabetes, coronary heart disease, tumor diseases and other basic diseases that affect sleep; 2. Combined with heart failure, respiratory failure, etc. or other serious diseases, the condition is unstable; 3. Those who affect expression due to severe disturbance of consciousness, severe dementia, ignorance, deafness, aphasia, etc.; 4. There are contraindications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy (such as severe sinusitis, pharyngitis, otitis media, etc.); 5. Patients who need immediate drug intervention for insomnia or are using other methods to treat patients with insomnia; 6. Alcohol or drug abusers; 7. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 8. Participating in other research.
