Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 35-65 with moderate nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hepatitis and other types of liver diseases; 2. Women with drinking habits; 3. Pregnancy; 4. Mental disorders; 5. Tumor; 6. Infectious diseases.
