Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Clinically suspected lung cancer and pathological tissue biopsy or clinically suspected malignant multi-serous effusion (pleural effusion, ascites effusion and pericardial effusion) and conditions permit puncture aspiration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the informed consent form; 2. Other situations not suitable for this study.
