65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery; 2. Aged 65-80 years; 3. The estimated operation time is more than 3 hours; 4. ASA I-II level; 5. BMI is normal; 6. In line with ethics, the patient voluntarily takes the test and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodynamic instability caused by heart disease; 2. Pulmonary insufficiency: SpO2 is less than 90% before operation, and the partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen is less than 80mm Hg; 3. Hypertension not controlled by drugs or poorly controlled by drugs; 4. Smoking within 1 week before surgery; 5. Respiratory tract infection; 6. Potential respiratory depression; 7. Those who expect a large amount of blood loss and need blood transfusion; 8. Second operation within 30 days; 9. Cachexia, severely malnourished patients.
