Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6 to 35 years; 2. Normal subjects: equivalent spherical diopter: + 0.50D~-0.25D; 3. Low myopia: equivalent spherical diopter: -0.50D~-3.00D 4. Moderate myopia:equivalent spherical diopter: - 3.00D ~ - 6.00D; 5. Pseudomyopia:equivalent spherical power of ciliary muscle paralysis before optometry -0.50d and the difference between before and after mydriasis is > 0.5d; 6. Visual acuity: the corrected visual acuity of normal eyes and myopia >1.0; 7. There were no other organic diseases and central nervous system organic diseases that affected vision in both eyes; 8. Sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for emmetropia control group: (1) Unwilling to join or continue the study; (2) Cannot cooperate well to the study due to poor mental state; 2. Exclusion criteria for pseudomyopia and true myopia group: (1) Myopia equivalent spherical degree<=-6.00D; (2) Those who are unwilling to join the study; (3) Those who cannot cooperate well due to poor mental state; (4) With congenital hereditary eye diseases, such as ametropia caused by congenital scleral abnormalities, adhesive leukoplakia, lens abnormalities and so on; (5) With other systemic organic diseases or a history of major previous operations.
