Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diabetic subjects: 1. According to the diagnosis made by WHO in 1999, diabetes was clearly diagnosed. 2. Conformed to the Michigan Neurological Screening Scale and the French Neuropathic Pain Scale for the diagnosis of diabetic painful neuropathy. 3. Subjects aged 18-80 years. Non-diabetic subjects: After blood glucose and HbA1c tests, abnormal glucose metabolism was ruled out, and there was no obvious history of disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia and hyperosmolar state, liver and kidney function damage, malignant tumor, acute pancreatitis, acute infection, alcoholism, etc. 2. Other special types of diabetes and gestational diabetes. 3. Neuralgia caused by other causes, including: postherpetic neuralgia, spinal cord hemorrhage, inflammation or compression, cerebrovascular accident caused by neuralgia, thyroid dysfunction, uremia, immune or infectious peripheral neuropathy, hereditary peripheral neuropathy, paratumor syndrome, etc.
