Age
20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically diagnosed as BCa; 2. Samples were available for RNA-sequence and immunohistochemistry after surgery; 3. mpMRI was performed < 20 days ahead of surgery; 4. Availability of clinical and follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor-quality MRI images; 2. Chemotherapy or radiotherapy was performed before multiparametric pelvic MRI; 3. Lesions for which it was difficult to define the boundaries; 4. Lack of postoperatively pathological information and baseline clinical factors.
