65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification ? to III; Both men and women; 2. Aged 65 to 85 years old; 3. Years of education >= 7 years; 4. There was no abnormal liver or kidney function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory and circulatory diseases; 2. Cognitive impairment; 3. Patients who had taken health care medications containing vitamin D and folic acid for the last 2 months; 4. Has a history of severe drug allergy.
