18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18-45 years who live in the urban area of Chongqing; 2. 11-14 weeks of pregnancy, singleton pregnancy; 3. Able to write informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of premature delivery or miscarriage due to severe pregnancy complications occurring before 32 weeks of gestation.
