Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From 2015 to 2020, children with NEC in the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were diagnosed with NEC stage IIIB according to the Bell staging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart failure, genetic metabolic diseases, Hirschsprung's disease or other gastrointestinal malformations; 2. Patients whose oxygen partial pressure never exceeds 60mmHg in blood gas analysis; 3. Patients who have been using ventilator due to related conditions before surgery; 4. The clinical data is incomplete.
