Control group:Induction with 1.5mg/kg propofol

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need gastroscopy for gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Aged from 18 to 70 years, no gender limit, ASA I-II; 3. Obtain the informed consent of the patient or his guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 30kg/m^2; 2. History of allergy to propofol, soybeans, eggs or opioids; 3. Known or predicted airway difficulties (such as Mallampati grade 3 or 4); 4. Severe hypertension (the control is still above grade III after taking the medicine), cardiac insufficiency (LVEF: 1.5 times the upper limit of normal or GFR<40ml/min); 7. History of taking sedatives and antidepressants, history of alcohol and drug abuse; 8. Patients who cannot understand the research plan, have difficulty communicating with the language, and do not cooperate; 9. Pregnant and lactating patients.
