Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes who met the diagnostic criteria of who in 1999 and BMI was 18.5-23.9 kg / m2; 2. Aged 30 to 70 years; 3. No cognitive and communication barriers; 4. Willing to cooperate with this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute stage of cardio cerebrovascular disease (acute coronary syndrome, acute cerebrovascular disease); 2. Symptomatic heart failure; 3. Physical disability; 4. Edema; 5. After implantation of artificial permanent pacemaker; 6. Hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis; 7. There was a history of peripheral vascular diseases such as arteritis, aneurysms and severe vascular stenosis.
