Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recipients undergoing liver transplant surgery; 2. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing multiple organ transplant operations at the same time; 2. Patients who already have chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 3 or above (definition: GFR<60ml/min/1.73m^2 for more than 3 months); 3. Patients who have had acute kidney injury before surgery (definition: SCr increased by more than 1.5 times compared with baseline or SCr increased by more than 26.5umol/L (0.3mg/dL) within 48 hours or urine output < 0.5ml/( kg*h) lasting more than 6 hours, the baseline is defined as the SCr level obtained during physical examination within half a year. If it is not available, it is set as the upper limit of normal: 90µmol/L (female)/110µmol/L (male)); 4. Pregnant patients.
