Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The informed consent form has been signed; 2. Aged 20-40 years; 3. ASA I-II; 4. An elective cesarean section is planned.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are symptoms of respiratory tract infection such as cough, runny nose or fever before surgery; 2. Preeclampsia or eclampsia; 3. Central placenta previa; 4. There are contraindications for intraspinal nerve block such as blood coagulation dysfunction or infection of the puncture site; 5. Unable to cooperate with related neurological or mental illnesses; 6. Have limb movement dysfunction; 7. Have reading difficulties or mental retardation unable to understand the content of informed consent; 8. It is planned to perform cesarean section under general anesthesia; 9. Abnormal heart, liver and kidney function; 10. Patients with known contraindications to the use of local anesthetics and NSAIDS drugs, such as allergies to the above-mentioned drug components; patients with aspirin asthma or a previous history; and patients using ilofloxacin, lomefloxacin, norfloxacin.
