Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years, able to operate mobile phone, WeChat and other application software proficiently; 2. All patients were diagnosed with metabolic-related fatty liver disease in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the ''Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Metabolic-related Fatty Liver Disease of the Asia-Pacific Association of Liver Diseases''; 3. Possess an educational level of elementary school and above; 4. Informed consent to this study, did not participate in other clinical studies at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Patients with mental disorders; 3. Severe physical diseases that cannot cooperate with diet control and exercise therapy, such as severe physical disorder and severe heart, lung, kidney, and brain dysfunction; 4. Patients with liver cirrhosis and malignant tumors.
