18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender limit, aged 18-65 years; 2. Two dermatologists at the level of attending and above were jointly diagnosed as active localized scleroderma within 2 weeks before participating in the study; 3. Before participating in the research, do not use any topical medications or systemic medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disagree to participate in research during the informed consent process; 2. Patients with localized scleroderma who only have skin lesions on the head and face; 3. There are other serious basic diseases (such as coronary heart disease, pulmonary embolism, cerebrovascular accident, etc.); 4. Patients who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Patients with neurological or psychiatric diseases or potentially poor compliance.
