18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Pre-stroke Modified Ranking Score <= 2; 3. Diagnosed with aucte ishemic stroke confirmed by MRI/CT and large vessel occlusion stroke confirmed by MRA/CTA/DSA; 4. Treated with mechanical thrombectomy(MT) within 24 hours of syptoms onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to contrast agents and nickel-titanium alloys; 2. Life expectancy 185mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa); 4. Uncontrolled hypoglycemia (22.2mmol/l), platelet count 3.0 or equivalent prothrombin time; 7. Known history of intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, arteriovenous malformation or tumor, which is determined by the investigator; 8. Have been treated with immunosuppressive agents and glucocorticoid drugs in the past 3 months.
