Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women who meet the indications of the test-tube baby; 2. Try IVF for the first time; 3. The male semen is normal and free from infectious diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged >40 years; 2. With a history of smoking, alcoholism, obesity, irregular sleep; 3. Suffering Osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and mental diseases, etc.
