Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For intracranial space-occupying lesions, multimodal magnetic resonance examination was completed before surgery, and there were cases of glioma confirmed by pathology after surgery, and the patient's consent was solicited; 2. Pathological data: Pathological images and characteristics were recorded, including key molecular marker information (1P /19q, IDH mutation results after surgery), and a full-court digital section with a 40X scan was also provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Implantation of pacemaker and claustrophobic syndrome can not cooperate with examination; 2. The image quality of MRI examination is poor; 3. Previous history of head surgery and massive cerebral infarction; 4. Previous history of genetic diseases.
