Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria, diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis accompanied by joint limitation, swelling, pain or stiffness and other problems; 2. Clear consciousness, can cooperate with the corresponding inspection; 3. Have certain expression ability, can accurately describe the condition, can actively cooperate with treatment; 4. Signing the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. X-ray films showed a large number of osteophyte formation, knee osteobridgelike connection presented with bony ankylosis, significant joint space narrowing or even disappearance, obvious varus deformity and other lesions; 2. Patients with severe lower limb venous thrombosis; 3. People with cardiovascular risk such as hypertension and pregnant women; 4. Other conditions considered by the researcher to be unsuitable for inclusion.
