Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults who are vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of COVID-19 infection; 2. Have received any vaccine 3 months before enrollment; 3. Patients with immunodeficiency, cancer, diabetes, and chronic inflammatory diseases; 4. Those who are using systemic drugs: such as intravenous hormones, opioids; 5. Patients with contraindications to vaccine against SARS-CoV-2; 6. People who are using immunosuppressive agents; 7. Patients with mental disorders; 8. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea and insomnia who have been treated.
