21 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-85 years; 2. ICU stay, mechanical ventilation more than 48 hours, there is a long-term risk of mechanical ventilation; 3. The patient had primary or secondary lung disease; 4. Informed consent was signed by the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Paraplegia caused by high cervical spinal cord disease; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Patients with severe agranulocytosis and severe acquired immunodeficiency; 4. The patient's chest wall has major trauma or major surgery, so it can't be scanned by ultrasound.
