3 Years to 12 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 3-12 years who underwent elective tonsillectomy; 2. Anesthesia time: 30min-2h; 3. ASA grade 1-2; 4. The guardian agrees to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to experimental drugs; 2. Serious PONV history; 3. Gastrointestinal ulcer, diabetes, coagulopathy, bleeding; 4. Recent use of hormones and 5-TH3 receptor antagonists; 5. Hypertension and ecg showed prolonged Q-T interval; 6. The child or parents cannot communicate effectively.
