Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for acute cerebral infarction conform to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; 2. The patient was diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction of unknown onset time; 3. There was no relevant treatment before MR examination; 4. No contraindications for MR examination, good coordination in the examination process; 5. There was no motion artifact in each sequence and layer image of the patient observed by 2 physicians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with cerebral hemorrhage, tumor, vascular malformation and other neurological diseases; 2. Received relevant treatment before MR examination; 3. The image has motion artifacts; 4. No informed consent was obtained.
