Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and are with agents therapy; 2. Fasting blood glucose is no less than 7.0mmol/L and postprandial 2h blood glucose is no less than 11.1 mmol/L after the OGTT tests; 3. HbA1c is no less than 6.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular kidney, liver disease, and so on; 2. Malignant neoplasm; neurological or psychiatric disorders, including eating disorders (assessed by the Eating Disorders Inventory-II) and depression (assessed by the Beck Depression Inventory); 3. Patients who were not able to complete MRI screening; 4. A history of drug dependence/abuse; 5. Combined with insulin stimulating therapy and use of oral glucocorticoids or other medications that might affect cognitive function; 6. Patients who were not able to complete neuropsychological scale screening, such as speech impairment, hearing loss and reluctant to cooperation.
