Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-25 years; 2. BMI of 19-25 kg/m2; 3. Adequate iodine status (defined as urinary iodine concentration > 100 µg/L assessed during screening from random urine samples); 4. Daily defecation regularity, and comply the rules of study during the 20 days; 5. Accomplish the collection of biosamples according to the regular requirement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal routine blood and urine tests, thyroid dysfunction, metabolic disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, and other chronic diseases or long-term substance abuser. Irregular defecation or over 3-days interval or constipation personnel; 2. Abnormal iodine status or exposure to iodine-containing contrast agents within the last 6 month or use of iodine-containing skin disinfectants and supplements within 1 month or other diseases affecting absorption and metabolism of iodine.
