Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Functional Constipation(defined as having two or more of the following symptoms for three-month based on the Rome IV diagnostic criteria): (1)The presence of a large fecal mass; (2)Feeling of obstruction when defecating; (3)Defecation disorder; (4)Laborious defecation; (5)Defecation requiring hand assistance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of abdominal surgery; 2. Organic diseases of digestive system (including polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, tumors, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc.); 3. Any spasmolysis painkillers, gastrointestinal motility drugs, acid suppressors, probiotics, antibiotics, antidepressants, etc., were used within 2 weeks before inclusion; 4. B-ultrasound examination of liver, bile and pancreas diseases; 5. Patients with hypertension and unstable blood pressure control; 6. Patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other medical history; 7. Patients with severe psychological disorders (GAD7 >= 14, PHQ9 >= 15); 8. Pregnant women, breast-feeding women or those planning to become pregnant; 9. People who are allergic to tongxiling granules.
