18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent selective gynecological surgery and needed anesthesia in our hospital from June 2021 to October 2021; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Fasting time >= 6h, abstinent drinking time >= 2h; 4. No serious complications, normal liver and kidney function; 5. The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) anesthesia classification is I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency operations; 2. Patients with adverse outcomes, such as severe intraoperative adverse events, inability to extubate after surgery, continuous sedation and analgesia, or ICU transfer; 3. Patients with incomplete medical records and data loss.
