Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident doctors in their first year of the standardized training from Qingdao Municipal Hospital; 2. Each resident that had never received any ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization training before admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Resident physician for the first year with work experience.
