Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled to undergo clinically indicated diagnostic or therapeutic coronary catheterization via the transradial approach at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a negative Allen's test; 2. Renal insufficiency; 3. Allery to contrast media; 4. Intolerance to nitroglycerin; 5. Medical history of peripheral artery diseases; 6. Hemodynamic instability will be excluded.
