Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke (TOAST classification is large artery atherosclerosis) according to the "Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018" within 3 days, and undergoes standardized treatment; 3. Diagnose as type 2 diabetes according to the 2020 edition of "Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China"; 4. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily; 5. Cooperate to complete the clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hemorrhagic stroke; 2. History of severe central nervous system degenerative diseases; 3. History of severe liver and kidney damage, thyroid disease; 4. History of malignant tumors; 5. History of hormone therapy within 6 months; 6. History of autoimmune diseases; 7. History of surgery or trauma within 2 weeks; 8. Participating in other clinical trials.
