Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or postmenopausal female, aged from 60 to 100 years; 2. Accord with the clinical diagnostic index of ICD-10 to elderly mental disorders; 3. Mini mental status examination (mmse) score was less than 25 points; 4. Have the ability to complete the cognitive and other tests specified in the program; 5. Hachinski ischemic scale score <= 4, excluding vascular factors; 6. Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) 24 version total score <= 8, excluding depression factors; 7. Screening for cranial imaging indicators, less than or equal to 2 lacunar cerebral infarction with a diameter greater than 1.5 cm, and no key sites such as thalamus, hippocampus, entorhinal cortex, paracorhinal cortex, cortex, and subcortical gray nuclei, imaging suggests that alzheimer's disease is most likely; 8. A history or other evidence indicates a normal cognitive level before onset; 9. No history of stroke; 10. There are stable and reliable caregivers who can truly and accurately reflect the daily life of the subjects. For inpatients, caregivers can be used by family members or nursing workers, can accompany patients to participate in research visits, and must have sufficient interaction and communication with patients in order to provide valuable information for npiadl scale scores.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe somatic diseases, such as severe heart disease, malignant tumors and so on; 2. With severe mental symptoms or mental illness, such as mental retardation, schizophrenia and so on; 3. Alcohol, drug abusers; 4. Severe depression, as well as serious suicide risk; 5. Other causes: vascular dementia, central nervous system infections (e.g. aids, syphilis, etc.), lewy body dementia, traumatic brain dementia, other physical and chemical factors (e.g. drug poisoning, etc.), intracranial space occupying lesions (e.g. subdural hematoma, brain tumor), endocrine system lesions (e.g. thyroid disease, parathyroid disease), and dementia caused by vitamins or any other cause. 6. History or screening cranial imaging revealed the following abnormalities: cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma, aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, subdural hematoma, intracranial space occupying, etc; 7. Allergic to light, visual impairment, glaucoma patients and other eye diseases; 8. A patient who uses psychotropic drugs and other treatments such as systematic psychotherapy; 9. The researchers believe that it is not appropriate to participate in other cases of this study; 10. Persons who do not sign informed consent.
