Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants must meet the following criteria to be included in the study: 1. Women aged 18 to 50 years (at the time of recruitment) who have completed treatments for breast cancer (e.g., surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy) in the previous two years (but can be on endocrine therapy); 2. Have at least one electronic device, such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone, with Internet access; and 3. Able to read and understand Chinese and communicate in Cantonese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with metastatic cancer or with any clinical contraindications that preclude the safe completion of the programme or non-Chinese speaking or those subjects who are incompetent in giving consent will be excluded. Women who are currently joining other health promotion programme will also be excluded.
