65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 59 years, male and female; 2. Scheduled for elective single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 3. ASA I-II; 4. The patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Coagulopathy, local skin infection, hepatic, renal or cardiorespiratory failure; 3. Mental illness, pregnant women and complications of gallstone with gallbladder perforation, diffuse peritonitis and acute pyogenic cholangitis.
