Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CT or MRI confirmed spontaneous supratentorial ICH; 2. The volume of hematoma was 30-60ml; 3. Glasgow Coma Scale: 5-14 points; 4. The modified Rankin Scale (MRS) score was 0 or 1 before bleeding; 5. The subjects and their families knew about the clinical trial protocol and agreed to participate in the trial; 6. Age of eligible patients: 18-75 years old; 7. NIHSS score >= 6.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic intracranial hemorrhage; 2. Coagulation dysfunction, such as thrombocytopenia or hepatitis, etc; 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney and lung diseases or functional failure were found; 4. Suspected cavernous malformation, aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, moyamoya disease, subarachnoid hemorrhage and tumor stroke were found on CT and MRI; 5. Infratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage, including cerebellar hemorrhage or brainstem hemorrhage; 6. Multiple supratentorial intracranial hematomas; 7. A history of stroke with neurological dysfunction; 8. Cases considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
