Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonates from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University; 2. Healthy and SGA newborns 1-2 days after birth (SGA newborns are defined as newborn birth weight is less than two standard deviations of the mean birth weight for the same gestational age and sex.); 3. Obtain informed consent from the guardian and consent from the Ethics Committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial infection, hereditary metabolic encephalopathy and congenital malformation.
