Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe infection in PLA General Hospital; 2. Apache II score >= 15 points; 3. There is a clear etiological diagnosis; 4. Age >= 85 years old; 5. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactation patients; 2. Allergic to the study drug.
