Interventions

Experimental group:Botulinum toxin will be injected into the frontalis muscle 2 weeks before surgery and 6 months after surgery
Control group:Conventional double eyelid surgery was performed without intervention

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Single eyelid; 2.Agedd 18 to 35 years; 3.Frontalis muscle is active (eyebrows raised more than 2 times per minute under face facing condition); 4.Subjects are volunteered to take the test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had undergone double eyelid surgery before; 2.The strength of levator palpabrae muscle is weak or the patient has neuromuscular system disease or other congenital disease; 3.Botulinum toxin was injected within 1 year; 4.Subjects dropped out of the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The height of double eyelid with 4 points in pupil center and bilateral corneal edge and lateral canthus on the same horizontal line under looking at the front horizontally;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The length of double eyelid crease and the disappearance of double eyelid fold;Third-party physician evaluation ;Patient satisfaction;
