18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 45 years; 2.Myopia or patients with astigmatism; 3.With a stable refraction for more than 2 years; 4.Corneal endothelial cells: >=2,000/mm^2; 5.Anterior chamber depth >=2.8 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior ocular surgery; 2.Any ophthalmic diseases other than refractive error; 3.Patients with systemic disease who are not suitable for intraocular surgery; 4.Patients who are unable to understand the risks of the surgery, hold unreasonable expectations or are unwilling.
